The reviewers can suggest changes which are properly tracked for each case. The assessments can also be scheduled in advance based on the assessment cycle (monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / yearly). - Assessment Cycle Tracking The employee can view the current status of assessment in real time. The status updates are provided for each step of the evaluation process. Reviewers can track all suggestions / changes to the assessment.
