Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Integral at 4.6 against 5's 1.4. Integral also leads on review sentiment (62% vs 27%) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). 5's advantage is ratings volume (6.1K vs 326) and chart position (#156 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Integral holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.4. Written reviews point the same way: 27% of 5's written reviews are positive against 62% of Integral's.
5 ships an update monthly, Integral weekly. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
