Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: القناة التاسعة at 100% against OTV's 45%. القناة التاسعة also leads on rating (4.5 vs 3.7) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.1). OTV's advantage is ratings volume (88 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
