Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MasterChef at 3.4 against ETB ON's 2.0. MasterChef also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (62 vs 6). ETB ON's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

MasterChef holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 2.0. Written reviews point the same way: 40% of MasterChef's written reviews are positive against 38% of ETB ON's.
MasterChef ships an update every 3 months, ETB ON fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
