SharePass

Share passwords, files, and credentials securely from any app on your iPhone or iPad. The SharePass keyboard brings encrypted, self-destructing links into the conversations you already have, and alerts you before personal or confidential information is sent in the clear. SECURE SHARING IN EVERY CONVERSATION The SharePass keyboard works across your messaging, email and collaboration apps. Create a secret and place its link directly into the conversation, without switching apps or copying between them. SENSITIVE DATA DETECTION SharePass recognises personal and confidential information as you type, including passwords, credentials and personal details. With a single tap, you can send it as a secure, expiring link instead of plain text. THE SHAREPASS PORTAL IN YOUR POCKET Most of what you can do in the SharePass web portal is now available on your phone. Create and manage secrets, request information from others, apply your team's templates and labels, and lock or track your links wherever you are. HOW IT WORKS SharePass turns whatever you need to send into an encrypted link that expires. You decide how long it lasts, how many times it can be opened and who can open it. When its views are used up, or when it expires, it is destroyed. WHAT YOU CAN SEND - Passwords, messages and credentials - Files - QR codes and structured data HOW YOU STAY IN CONTROL - Set expiry in minutes, days or on a date you choose - Use one-time links that disappear after a single view - Require a PIN, an email check or a security key before anything is shown - Restrict access to specific IP addresses - Lock any link instantly from your phone - See when each secret was opened REQUEST A SECRET Send an envelope and the other person fills it in with a password, file or credentials from their browser, with no app or account needed. You are notified and approve it from your phone. BUILT SO WE CANNOT READ YOUR SECRETS Everything is encrypted on your device before it leaves. The key that unlocks a secret travels in the link itself and never reaches our servers, so nobody at SharePass can see what you sent. Every request passes through an eight-step security funnel before any content is released. FOR TEAMS Templates and labels keep your team's agreed settings one tap away. Organisations also get shared templates, labels and security keys, user management and access policies. WORKS WHERE YOU DO Web app, browser extension, iPhone, iPad and the SharePass keyboard. Sign in with Google or Apple, or through your company's own SharePass instance.
