Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ESRT Tenant App holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shadow Tracker Mobile has 321 ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Shadow Tracker Mobile's written reviews are positive against 17% of ESRT Tenant App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Shadow Tracker Mobile ships an update every 6 weeks, ESRT Tenant App fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
