Hearts and i.Hearts both sit at 4.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of i.Hearts's written reviews are positive against 51% of Hearts's. Hearts's advantage is ratings volume (90 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
