Gymbot Vision uses your phone camera to analyse your lifts in real time – no wearables, no sensors, just you and the bar. Point your camera at your squat rack, deadlift platform, or press setup. The app tracks your movement frame by frame, measuring bar velocity, rep count, squat depth via knee angle, and velocity drop across your set. After each set, you get a breakdown of your speed, depth, and consistency - plus a GymBot score to track your progress session over session. What it tracks: - Bar velocity (m/s) in real time - see your speed as you lift - Rep counting with eccentric and concentric phase timing - Knee angle for squat depth analysis - Velocity drop across sets to detect fatigue - Bar path visualization for movement efficiency Supported lifts: - Squat - Deadlift - Overhead Press After your session: - A performance score across intent, consistency, and depth - AI-powered coaching feedback per set and per session - Ask the coach questions about your form and progress - Share your stats card with your training background photo No login required. No data leaves your device unless you choose to send it to the coach. Your camera feed is processed locally - no footage is stored or uploaded. Built for lifters who want data-driven training without the hardware.
