We strongly believe EVs are the best way forward environmentally, with regards to modern light vehicles. ​ By the end of 2021, more than 86% of chargers in Singapore will still be AC chargers, which may take up to 8 hours for a full charge. We understand that the rising numbers of EVs in Singapore will eventually lead to a lot of people struggling to find convenient charging lots during peak hours(e.g, after office hours), or simply just not having the time to drive out and charge their vehicles themselves. Ensuring that your vehicle has sufficient charge may be more troublesome than expected. The electrification of Singapore’s transportation network is crucial. However, so is one’s comfort and convenience. BeeCharge aims to seamlessly provide a charge to your EV, wherever you are, whenever you need one. Our mission is to provide Freedom For EV Drivers. SMELLiT is an app behind a collaboration project spanning 4 labs across Europe, the D2Smell project. Funded by the European Research Council, it studies human olfaction where it actually happens - in kitchens, on streets, on buses, in the air you move through all day without thinking about it. Every report you send is something no laboratory could have produced. WHAT YOU DO Four times a day, at random moments, the app asks simple questions: can you smell anything right now? What is it? How long have you been smelling it, and where? Together with the pictures the and the free description of the smell you will provide, this first of its kind database will go a long way helping the olfaction research march forward. The times are random on purpose. The smells you notice when you go looking for them are not the smells that make up our naturalistic daily live. WHAT YOU GET Get paid for taking part in real research. Complete the study and receive a gift voucher by email, with a bonus for finishing all 40 questionnaires. If you would rather your participation simply contribute to the science, you can waive the payment instead. After you finish, an elaborated portfolio of your nose type will be provided: where does YOUR nose fall relative to everyone else? It is not a race, and there are no right answers, so trying to hard will actually hurt your results. Be your true self, and you will find your true nose. :) YOUR DATA The study is approved by the Weizmann Institute of Science Institutional Review Board.
