Meridius is a daily habit app built for people who are serious about change — not obsessed with streaks. Simple. Calm. Designed to last. — DAILY CHECK-INS — Start each day with your habit list. A single tap marks it done. Meridius tracks your streaks quietly, without gamification or pressure. — BUILD HABITS THAT STICK — Choose from a curated template library — Morning movement, Deep work block, Gratitude journaling — or define your own with a name and emoji. Track simple habits (done or not done) or measurable ones: glasses of water, minutes of exercise, servings of vegetables. Meridius connects to Apple Health — habits like daily steps, active minutes, workouts, and sleep can be marked complete automatically when your Health data is updated. — ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS — Invite the people in your corner — a friend, a partner, a sibling — to see your progress. They can send encouragement. You can see they're watching. That's all it needs to be. No leaderboards. No social feeds. Just a quiet presence. — WEEKLY REFLECTION — Every week, Meridius invites you to write. Three questions. Five minutes. Your answers stay private and accumulate into something rare: a written record of your growth. What came easily this week? Where did I struggle, and what does that tell me? What do I carry forward into next week? — AI COACHING (APEX) — Each week, Meridius generates a personalised coaching summary based on your habits — what's working, where you're slipping, and what to focus on next. Private. On-device context. Powered by Google Gemini. — PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE — View your weekly completion rate, per-habit streaks, and a monthly completion calendar for each habit. See the pattern you're building. ——— FREE PLAN INCLUDES: · Up to 3 habits · Daily check-ins and streak tracking · Weekly reflections MERIDIUS APEX INCLUDES EVERYTHING, PLUS: · Unlimited habits · AI-powered coaching cards, updated weekly · Weekly AI summary of your progress and patterns · Full history and trends · Supports continued development ——— Meridius is built on a single belief: that small, consistent actions define a life.
