本アプリは、海外在留邦人がパスポートを電子申請する際に、「券面撮影・旅券ICチップ読み取り」「本人写真撮影」「自署写真撮影」の3つの機能を提供する外務省公式アプリです。ブラウザの海外旅券電子申請システムと連動して動作するアプリのため、本アプリを単体で起動してもエラーが表示されて動作しません。本アプリを使用するためには、オンライン在留届に登録している必要があります。 「海外旅券電子申請システム」からの起動をお願いします。本アプリをiPhoneのホーム画面から起動した場合はエラーが表示されて動作しません。 在留届の提出は、外国に住所または居所を定めて３ヶ月以上滞在する方にご提出いただいておりますが、３ヶ月未満の在留邦人の方でも電子申請を利用される場合には、在留届を提出の上、登録される必要があります。 オンライン在留届（ORRネット）のリンク https://www.ezairyu.mofa.go.jp/RRnet/index.html 【使用方法】 ① PCまたはiPhoneのブラウザでオンライン在留届にログインし、「海外旅券電子申請システム」にアクセスします。 ② 「本人確認、顔写真・所持人自署の登録」メニューの「二次元コードを読み取り、アプリを起動」をクリックします。 ③ PCのブラウザに表示された二次元コードをiPhoneで読み取るか、iPhoneのブラウザでリンクをタップするとアプリが起動します。 ④ 券面撮影・旅券ICチップ読み取り、本人写真撮影、自署写真撮影が終わったら、アプリを閉じてブラウザで申請内容の入力を続けます。 ※本アプリで撮影した写真は、暗号化されて外務省の旅券発給システムに送信されます。 ※本アプリで撮影した写真はiPhoneのカメラライブラリに保存されます。 ※本アプリの利用は無料ですが、通信に要する費用（データ通信料等）は、ユーザの負担となります。 ■動作環境 iOS 13 以上
