Verdict
UNTUCKit and Bulkdrop Buyer both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Bulkdrop Buyer's written reviews are positive against 43% of UNTUCKit's. Bulkdrop Buyer also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). UNTUCKit's advantage is ratings volume (941 vs 3). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for UNTUCKit against 5.0 for Bulkdrop Buyer.
