Available Arms turns every youth-baseball league's pitch-count and rest rules into one simple green-amber-red roster so you always know who's safe to pitch, today and all week. Log an outing in seconds and the app does the rest: it applies the correct league's rest math and re-sorts your whole bullpen, floating the ready arms to the top. KNOW AT A GLANCE • Green: available and under today's cap, with pitches left shown • Amber: in use today or short on rest, but still has room • Red: resting, with the exact date they're cleared to pitch again EVERY LEAGUE, HANDLED • Little League, PONY, Cal Ripken / Babe Ruth, Perfect Game, USSSA, AAU, Dixie, American Legion and more • Built on USA Baseball Pitch Smart guidance • Whichever limit hits first, pitches or outs, governs the call • Same-day, next-day and consecutive-day rest applied automatically A SEVEN-DAY FORECAST FOR EVERY ARM See who's open today and tap ahead to any day this week. Each pitcher card explains itself, so the decision is never a guess and the rules source is always one tap away. RECOVERY & ARM CARE When an arm is resting, Available Arms lays out a day-by-day plan that builds through the week — mobility, rotator-cuff and core work, age-appropriate strength, then a return-to-throw ramp. Plus ice/heat, compression, sleep and hydration guidance you can search by body region. BUILT FOR • Parents tracking their own pitcher • Coaches running a whole staff as a live depth chart • Tournament directors keeping eligibility straight across a weekend FREE TO START Track one pitcher on one team with the full rules engine, availability forecast and recovery plans — free.
