Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Endoscope Pro at 3.5 against UseePlus's 2.3. Endoscope Pro also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). UseePlus's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%) and ratings volume (329 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Endoscope Pro holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UseePlus has 329 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of UseePlus's written reviews are positive against 0% of Endoscope Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
