Awful Connectivity!!!
Light comes on immediately upon plug in but camera doesn’t. Sending it back to Amazon.
Works just fine
The device and the app couldn’t be simpler to use. It took me less than a two minutes to download the app and connect the camera to both my iPhone and iPad. Worked immediately on both devices. Easy to control brightness and switch between front and side view.
This is an extremely inexpensive product that does what it’s meant to do when you need it and without fuss or complexity. I don’t understand the low ratings. Maybe other reviewers expect something I am not?

Camera is great, but app keeps crashing
The camera is fantastic. Has a lot of zoom options, video recording, and great lighting But the app keeps crashing It’s a brand new iPhone 17 max pro fully updated, and the app keeps crashing 10 to 25 seconds into imaging it happens on an older iPad too.
Connect issues
This app worked great until it didn’t. I can no longer connect the camera to the app via the phone.
Does NOT WORK with USB-C iPhones
Beware, despite what it says, this app does NOT WORK with all otoscopes that require this app. It only works with USB-C on ANDROID. The otoscope I purchased only works with lightning connector iPhones.
Simple and easy to use
My greatest concern is security given I have to load it not knowing it’s true level of isolation from my phone. Seems all the endoscope apps present the same issue.
A bug
The image is left right fliped. There is no option in APP to flip it back. Please add this feature!!
Works great, no issues
No issues for me. I’m on my ipad and my galaxy A15. Not much I can say here,i downloaded the app, plugged in the scope. It was recognized right away and I’ve had no issues.

Endoscope cable has Poor quality camera and light not bright enough for larger outdoor pipes.

Useless
Phone no longer recognizes when the camera is connected. Worked well for about two weeks.
Won’t connect camera
Camera is a lugged into phone. LED light is on. App says it is not connected. I have tried several times and even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing
Doesn’t work
Camera doesn’t work. Light shines on the torch but doesn’t recognise the camera. Disappointing.
App stopped recognizing the camera
This worked pretty well for the first few months, but recently stopped working in the middle of me using it effectively. Now it won’t recognize that the camera is connected anymore. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing fixes it.
Works ok but needs photo album access
This app works ok but to add photos from the endoscope to your phone’s photo library requires that you grant access to see your photos. It should be able to add photos with limited access.

Labor intensive
The app does okay taking the images (about 80 each inspection) from the borescope, but I need to send the images to my boss. I can only do that by downloading the images one at a time. Today I realized that it creates new albums in my photo album. Now I have hundreds of photo albums named UseePlus that I have to delete one at a time.
