Phone no longer recognizes when the camera is connected. Worked well for about two weeks.
Won’t connect camera
Camera is a lugged into phone. LED light is on. App says it is not connected. I have tried several times and even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing
Doesn’t work
Camera doesn’t work. Light shines on the torch but doesn’t recognise the camera. Disappointing.
App stopped recognizing the camera
This worked pretty well for the first few months, but recently stopped working in the middle of me using it effectively. Now it won’t recognize that the camera is connected anymore. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing fixes it.
Works ok but needs photo album access
This app works ok but to add photos from the endoscope to your phone’s photo library requires that you grant access to see your photos. It should be able to add photos with limited access.
Will not connect

Labor intensive
The app does okay taking the images (about 80 each inspection) from the borescope, but I need to send the images to my boss. I can only do that by downloading the images one at a time. Today I realized that it creates new albums in my photo album. Now I have hundreds of photo albums named UseePlus that I have to delete one at a time.

Didn’t work for me.
IOS 26.5 & iPhone 16 Pro. Cannot get the camera to display properly. Requests multiple reattachments. Never stabilizes. Unfortunately unusable.
Can’t see a thing
Light is too bright when you get close to something (all you see is white light); not bright enough when you back off from the thing (all you see is blackness - with the phantom image of what appears to be the light ring around the camera); and the camera barely shows anything that you can identify - even when you know exactly what you're pointing it at (at any distance).
Absolutely useless! Now, I get that some have enjoyed theirs, so I can only assume the scope I got is defective, or the app is. Returning!

Camera will not stay connected
Camera needs reconnecting, will see photo then freezes. Tried on 2 different apple devices. Bad camera or faulty software

Useless
This is nothing more than a light blue shaded UV light bulb with a very low grade camera built on a USBC input. The photos or effect appears to be simulated UV, not actual UV spectrum
Freezes after 1 minute on iPhone 17 Pro Max
Every minute I connect my device, works for 5 seconds to 30 seconds. Then it freezes. I close the app and open it and it works. Then it says “Please reseat device.” No problem with my older iPad.
