VF Method

VF Method is not a fitness app you use alone. It's how Marc Vaccaro coaches you when you're not in the room with him. Most apps hand you a generic plan and a calorie counter and call it coaching. This is the opposite. Marc builds your program, watches your check-ins, adjusts when life gets in the way, and answers when you message him. The app is the thread that keeps the coaching relationship going every day of the week — not just on training days. Built on two lineages, not internet fitness opinions Marc holds a B.S. in Sports Medicine and an M.S. in Exercise Science. His nutrition framework comes from the George Lockhart certification — the methodology Lockhart uses with the UFC fighters he's worked with for periodized eating, hydration, and weight cutting. His movement work is informed by the Ido Portal approach: joints before load, full active range under control, hanging and locomotion and skill, the body trained as a whole organism instead of a collection of muscles. The point isn't credentials for their own sake. It's that the work isn't improvised. Every decision in your program — what to eat, when to load a movement, when to hold back — is shaped by the science and by time spent under the people who set the standards in their fields. What's inside • A program made for you. Three tracks — beginner, intermediate, advanced — each built around joint prep, strength, mobility, movement skills, and conditioning. Your track, your history, your injuries. • Nutrition without the spreadsheet. Hand-portion targets that scale with your body (1 palm protein, 1 thumb fat, 1 cupped hand carb, 1 fist vegetables). A 200+ food library plus USDA database. Body-composition-aware calorie and macro calculation, not a one-size formula. • Progress you can see. Track lifts with estimated 1RMs and PR celebrations. Track skills — pull-up, muscle-up, handstand, pistol, L-sit — as they come online. • A 10-second daily check-in. Energy, soreness, sleep. Three sliders, one line. Enough signal for Marc to adjust the next day. • A direct line to your coach. Message Marc inside the app. He sees your weight trend, your training streaks, your PRs — and reaches out when something looks off. • Atlas, your AI assistant. For the in-between moments — what to order at a restaurant, how to eat while traveling, what to cook tonight. Grounded in your actual plan, not generic. Who this is for People who want a coach, not a chatbot. People who'd rather train deliberately than chase soreness. People who care as much about moving well at sixty as lifting heavy at thirty. If you've outgrown apps that treat everyone the same, this is the other thing. A note on access VF Method is a coaching app and requires an account. It's built for clients working with Marc directly — the depth of the experience comes from that relationship. This is what it feels like to have a coach in your corner all week, not just for an hour.
