Relieve Pain. Move Freely. Feel Better in 7 Minutes a Day. For years, I sat eight hours a day chasing deadlines. I ignored the ache building in my neck and shoulders — until it wasn't just an ache anymore. Sitting, standing, even sleeping got hard. I spent thousands on treatments that helped for a day, maybe two. What actually worked wasn't a treatment. It was rebuilding the mobility I'd lost from years of poor posture and neglected muscles. That routine became StretchBuddy — built so you don't have to spend years and thousands of dollars figuring it out yourself. Your Personal Stretching Coach StretchBuddy improves flexibility, reduces everyday aches, fixes posture, and helps you move better. In as little as 7 minutes a day. Choose Your Focus — Upper Body: neck, shoulders, chest & back — Lower Body: hips, glutes, hamstrings & calves Or follow a guided program for: Back pain · Shoulder pain · Better posture · Sleep & relaxation · Constipation relief · Daily mobility And if you want to go further, train toward your front and middle splits with our progressive flexibility challenges. Why StretchBuddy — Guided routines for every level — Personalized flexibility programs built around your goals — Progressive training toward your front & middle splits — 4 exclusive 1-year flexibility challenges — Workout length that fits your schedule, not the other way around — Calendar tracking that builds the habit Whether you're in pain right now or just want to stay ahead of it, StretchBuddy helps you build a stronger, more flexible body — one session at a time. What People Are Saying "This app made my flexibility the best it's ever been. Thanks!" — Egor Panchenko "A convenient and effective solution for prioritizing health through stretching." — Softonic "No gimmicks, just stretching exercises that work." — Mdgrieve Your body is your most valuable investment. About

VitaVitals

**Your Apple Health readings and medication routine, in one clear place.** VitaVitals brings health information from Apple Health and your medication schedule together on a readable iPhone dashboard. Choose larger text and contrast settings, or hear supported readings spoken aloud. **HEALTH INFORMATION AT A GLANCE** Review steps, walking and running distance, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, and Apple Watch ECG records. Open a detail view for charts and recent history. Reading dates help you see when heart-rate and blood-oxygen measurements were recorded. If information is missing or cannot be loaded, the app shows that state instead of presenting it as a measured zero. What appears depends on your devices, Apple Health records, permissions, and data availability. **MEDICATION SCHEDULES THAT FIT YOUR ROUTINE** Create daily, weekly, selected-day, interval, or as-needed schedules. Set a course by duration, dose count, or end date. Mark doses taken or skipped, correct a history entry, and review the scheduled time alongside the time you logged it. Editing a medication updates its upcoming dose details. If saved medication data cannot be read, VitaVitals preserves it and offers recovery options. Local notifications can remind you about scheduled doses. Some schedules need periodic refreshing; VitaVitals tells you when to reopen the app. Permission choices, Focus, and iPhone notification settings can affect delivery. Reminder previews may show medication names and dosages on the Lock Screen. **MAKE THE DISPLAY YOURS** Text follows your iPhone’s Dynamic Type setting. Choose Bold Text, High Contrast, Color-Blind Mode, and light, dark, or system appearance. Press and hold supported dashboard cards to hear their values. **EMERGENCY CALLING WITH A COUNTRY CHECK** Choose the country whose emergency number you intend to call. The selected country and number appear before you confirm the call. VitaVitals only offers numbers in its verified directory; when it has no verified number for a country, it shows iPhone Emergency SOS guidance. You can also call a saved emergency contact or doctor. **PRIVATE BY DESIGN** VitaVitals reads Apple Health data with your permission and does not write to Health. Medication records, history, contacts, and preferences are stored on your device. The app has no account, advertising, or third-party analytics. You can read the privacy information in Settings. Recovery copies may retain earlier medication data until you delete the app; exported recovery files remain wherever you save them. Available in English, German, Spanish, French, and Russian. Requires iPhone with iOS 17.6 or later. Apple Watch ECG details require compatible ECG recordings in Apple Health. VitaVitals displays information recorded by Apple Health and does not independently measure vital signs, diagnose or treat conditions, or provide medical advice. It is not an emergency response service. For an emergency, use iPhone Emergency SOS or your local emergency service.
