Relieve Pain. Move Freely. Feel Better in 7 Minutes a Day. For years, I sat eight hours a day chasing deadlines. I ignored the ache building in my neck and shoulders — until it wasn't just an ache anymore. Sitting, standing, even sleeping got hard. I spent thousands on treatments that helped for a day, maybe two. What actually worked wasn't a treatment. It was rebuilding the mobility I'd lost from years of poor posture and neglected muscles. That routine became StretchBuddy — built so you don't have to spend years and thousands of dollars figuring it out yourself. Your Personal Stretching Coach StretchBuddy improves flexibility, reduces everyday aches, fixes posture, and helps you move better. In as little as 7 minutes a day. Choose Your Focus — Upper Body: neck, shoulders, chest & back — Lower Body: hips, glutes, hamstrings & calves Or follow a guided program for: Back pain · Shoulder pain · Better posture · Sleep & relaxation · Constipation relief · Daily mobility And if you want to go further, train toward your front and middle splits with our progressive flexibility challenges. Why StretchBuddy — Guided routines for every level — Personalized flexibility programs built around your goals — Progressive training toward your front & middle splits — 4 exclusive 1-year flexibility challenges — Workout length that fits your schedule, not the other way around — Calendar tracking that builds the habit Whether you're in pain right now or just want to stay ahead of it, StretchBuddy helps you build a stronger, more flexible body — one session at a time. Replapse
Read full descriptionHide full description
Replapse is a workout tracker built around how you actually train, not how an app thinks you should. You decide what to track. For every exercise you pick the metrics that matter to you, whether that is weight and reps, hold time, rest, resistance band, angle, or the leg position on a front lever. If a metric is not useful to you, it is not on the screen. The result is a log that fits your training instead of forcing your training to fit the log. Log a full session the way it really happens. Mark warmups separately from working sets. Add drop sets and supersets to any set. Build circuits and run them for as many rounds as you want. Put a warmup section before your main work. Save your own workout templates, or start from an empty one and add exercises as you go. It works for the gym and for calisthenics in the same place. Track barbell and dumbbell lifts, and bodyweight work like pull ups, dips, handstands and front levers, without switching apps. Recovery matters as much as the training itself, so Replapse also tracks HRV. Take a reading and watch the trend over time so you have a real sense of how rested you are before a hard session. You can log your bodyweight too, which means your strength, your recovery and your weight all sit in one profile instead of three separate apps. HRV readings are taken with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor, like a Polar H10, a Garmin or Wahoo strap, or any standard Bluetooth chest strap. Pair one, take a reading, and your recovery data sits next to the rest of your training. Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign up, no cloud. Your training is yours and it never leaves your phone. Create a profile in a few seconds and start logging straight away. If other people share your device, add a profile for each of them and keep everyone's history separate. Replapse is for people who want a complete picture of their training and the freedom to track it their own way. What you can do: Pick your own metrics for every exercise Log warmups, working sets, drop sets and supersets Build circuits with multiple rounds Create warmup sections and your own templates Track gym and calisthenics side by side Record HRV and follow your recovery over time Log bodyweight and watch it change Measure HRV with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor Keep multiple profiles on one device Use it fully offline with no account
