Run the door of your show from your phone. Stage Stubs is the free check-in app for organizers who sell tickets with Stage Stubs: dance schools, recitals, school plays and community productions. SCAN TICKETS IN A SECOND Point your camera at a ticket's QR code. Green means let them in. Red tells you why not: already scanned, a different showing, or a ticket that's no longer valid. Tickets scan from emails, PDFs and digital wallets. KEEP SCANNING WITHOUT SIGNAL No Wi-Fi in the hall? Each showing's ticket list downloads to your phone ahead of time, so scanning carries on offline. Scans upload by themselves when there's signal again, even with the app closed. BRING HELPERS Create a sign-in code for each volunteer. They scan it on their own phone and start checking people in. No accounts, no passwords, and they can't see your sales. FIND ANY ORDER A parent forgot their tickets? Search by name, email or order number, see exactly what they bought, and check in one ticket or the whole order with a tap. SELL SPARE SEATS AT THE DOOR Taken payment in person? Claim an unsold ticket in the app and check your guest straight in. You keep the full amount, booking fee included. No payment goes through the app. UNDO A MISTAKE Checked in the wrong ticket? Undo it and its QR code scans again. SEE WHO'S ARRIVED Attendance, tickets sold and revenue for every showing. Every scan is kept in the history. BUILT FOR THE DOOR Clear results keep the line moving. Works on iPhone and iPad. You need a Stage Stubs organizer account to sign in. Selling tickets with Stage Stubs is free for organizers; buyers pay a small booking fee. Create your event at stagestubs.com. The app is in English. Questions? Email hello@stagestubs.com.

Dance Command is the one place to run your dance work. Whether you organize nights, teach, DJ, or run a studio or a venue, everything you need to do in a week happens here, on your phone. One account, every hat Run a Friday social and teach at someone else's on Tuesday? Each role is a hat on the same account. Switch from the top of the screen without signing out. Nights and calendar Add a night, repeat it every week or move it. Your month is on one screen: the nights you're on, the dates you're holding and your days off. Home always shows what's next: where, when, what it pays and who to call. Dance Seekers Your nights go up on Dance Seekers by themselves, where dancers look for somewhere to go. When a night changes, the listing changes with it. The door and tickets Run the door from your phone. Scan tickets, sell at the door, take a card with Tap to Pay on iPhone, take cash and check off the guest list. Dancers sign your waiver on their own phone before they reach you. Your crew, and subs Book your instructors and DJs. They answer in the app, and you can see who hasn't yet. When someone can't make it, pick who replaces them or ask the next person. Crew are checked in when they get to the venue (with location on), or they tap I'm here. Pay and money Pay your crew when the night is over, and see how the night went. If you're the one being paid, Money shows what you're owed and what's on its way, kept apart, so a bank payment that hasn't landed isn't counted yet. Payments go to your own Stripe account. Messages One inbox for the nights you're on and the people you work with. Hold a message to translate it. Newsletter Your monthly email to your dancers, with your nights already in it. Read it, change the opening, send yourself a test and schedule it from the app. For teachers and DJs Instructors send the DJ their lesson songs before the night, list their classes and answer lesson requests. DJs take song requests and tips from the dance floor. Signing in Enter your email and we send you a six-digit code. You can also use a password, Apple, Google or your Dance Seekers account. New here? Create your account in the app. Invited by an organizer? Use the email the invite went to. Dance Command is free to start, with no monthly fee. Questions? Write to hello@dancecommand.com.
