We score your motion based on characteristics that are usually hidden and thus moveo™ score can help you to estimate your well-being and how life conditions affect your movement spectrum. Moveo is designed to elevate your overall well-being. Moveo accomplishes this by helping you analyze the quality of your motion and reactionary abilities through engaging and enjoyable games. By analyzing the quality of your motion and measuring your reaction abilities, Moveo helps you gain a deeper understanding of your current capabilities and areas where you can grow! Sitting all day catches up with you. Upster catches you first. Upster is the gentle, slightly cheeky movement coach that lives on your phone, your wrist, and your home screen. It watches the clock, watches your steps, and politely refuses to let you marinate in your chair for another hour. HOW IT WORKS • You set your active hours and how long you're willing to sit before getting nudged. • Upster monitors your movement using Apple Health and Core Motion — completely on-device. • When you've been still too long, you get a friendly notification from a chair monster who thinks it owns you. • Stand up, take a short walk, and Upster verifies the break with real movement data. No "tap to dismiss" — your steps reset the timer. • Defeat the chair, advance to the next one. Build streaks, watch your level climb. WHY IT WORKS • Verification keeps you honest. The timer only resets on confirmed movement. • The character layer makes a boring habit feel like a small game. • Calendar awareness (optional) means Upster won't nudge you mid-meeting. • Active-hours-only nudging means no "stand up" alerts at midnight. WHAT YOU GET • The chair-monster gallery — over 250 hand-illustrated characters to defeat. • Apple Watch companion that tracks the same timer on your wrist. • Home-screen widget so you can see your sitting time at a glance. • Custom alternate app icons. • Streaks, weekly recaps, milestone celebrations, step pedometer. • Honest data practices: nothing leaves your device unless it's the receipt for your subscription. SUBSCRIPTION Upster requires a subscription. New users get a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, the annual plan is $69.99/year ($5.83/month) or $7.99/month, both auto-renewing. Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. PRIVACY Upster reads your step count, motion data, and (optionally) calendar — all on-device, all read-only. We never transmit your health, motion, or calendar data anywhere. No ads. No tracking SDKs. No account required. Terms: https://getupster.com/terms Privacy: https://getupster.com/privacy
