This app is for users like me who want a quick glance at their daily calories. We have many nutrition apps out there, but not all of them display the complete picture, I wanted to easily be able to see whether or not I was sitting in a surplus or a deficit depending on my current training/nutrition goals. My preferred nutrition app only pulls in exercises, ignoring rest and general active calories, only giving part of the picture. This app simply pulls in the Active, Rest and Dietary calories from Apple Health and displays the combined Burned Calories, Consumed Calories and the difference between them. We optionally also display the 3 macros, Carbs, Fats and Protein, this can be enabled in the settings tab, where you will also need to set your goal values per day. On the history tab, you are able to view a list of your calories over the last 7, 14 and 30 days. --------------- Requirements --------------- This app requires that the device has the Apple Health app installed and access to the following permissions: - Active Energy - Resting Energy - Dietary energy Optionally, for those who also wish to view their Macros within the app, we would need the following permissions: - Carbohydrates - Protein - Total Fats ---------------------- Supported languages ---------------------- English German Spanish Hindi Arabic Portuguese French Russian Japanese Korean Malay Vietnamese Turkish Tamil Italian Polish Ukrainian Romanian Dutch Thai Hungarian Czech Swedish Hebrew Slovak Danish Finnish Norwegian Chinese (Simplified)

The second branch is a personal medical wallet for individuals, through which they can be reminded of medication times based on the periods and quantities they enter. The application alerts users and prepares a report in the form of a PDF file that shows the amount of doses and their timings over a specific period. It also provides an identification guide for the types of licensed medicines and pharmacies close to the user of the public application. All the information provided is sourced from the official websites of the Ministry of Health and the websites of major pharmaceutical companies. We have collected this information in a way that facilitates and serves the public—offering a free service feature to ensure they are not exposed to fraud in light of frequent price changes and the greed of some unscrupulous individuals.
