This app is for users like me who want a quick glance at their daily calories. We have many nutrition apps out there, but not all of them display the complete picture, I wanted to easily be able to see whether or not I was sitting in a surplus or a deficit depending on my current training/nutrition goals. My preferred nutrition app only pulls in exercises, ignoring rest and general active calories, only giving part of the picture. This app simply pulls in the Active, Rest and Dietary calories from Apple Health and displays the combined Burned Calories, Consumed Calories and the difference between them. We optionally also display the 3 macros, Carbs, Fats and Protein, this can be enabled in the settings tab, where you will also need to set your goal values per day. On the history tab, you are able to view a list of your calories over the last 7, 14 and 30 days. --------------- Requirements --------------- This app requires that the device has the Apple Health app installed and access to the following permissions: - Active Energy - Resting Energy - Dietary energy Optionally, for those who also wish to view their Macros within the app, we would need the following permissions: - Carbohydrates - Protein - Total Fats ---------------------- Supported languages ---------------------- English German Spanish Hindi Arabic Portuguese French Russian Japanese Korean Malay Vietnamese Turkish Tamil Italian Polish Ukrainian Romanian Dutch Thai Hungarian Czech Swedish Hebrew Slovak Danish Finnish Norwegian Chinese (Simplified)

About

DEFICIT

Features

Every other calorie tracker runs on guesswork — search a database, eyeball a portion, hope for the best. DEFICIT doesn't guess. Point your camera at your plate and DEFICIT reads it: calories, protein, the full breakdown, in seconds. Didn't quite get it? Tell it. "Fried in butter." "Double the chicken." "No rice." Your voice makes the number true — and you can remove anything it got wrong with a tap. One blind guess isn't tracking. This is. Then DEFICIT does what trackers won't: it connects everything. Your weight, steps, sleep and training on one timeline, read back in plain English. And a coach that answers from your actual numbers — ask "push or hold today?" and it already knows. WHAT YOU GET • AI photo scan with voice refine — correct any estimate just by talking to it • A data-aware coach for nutrition and training • Trends that explain y our week, not just chart it • Apple Watch app + home-screen widget • Protein, steps, sleep and weight, all in one place No fad diets. No shame. No guessing — just the real number, and what to do with it. DEFICIT. Your whole body, measured. DEFICIT requires a subscription. Start with a 3-day trial.
