MyMasterWord connects you to a professional human interpreter in seconds, by video or phone, right from your iPhone or iPad. It's the fastest way for staff at MasterWord client organizations to reach live language support when it matters most, and now it brings scheduled services and on-device AI into the same app. Rebuilt from the ground up as a native iOS app, MyMasterWord is quicker and smoother than the app it replaces, and it does things the old app never could. REACH AN INTERPRETER ON DEMAND Connect to a qualified, professionally trained interpreter in hundreds of languages. Choose a video call (VRI) for visual context and sign language, or an audio call (OPI) when a voice connection is all you need. VIDEO INTERPRETING (VRI) See and hear your interpreter on a live video call, including American Sign Language. Picture-in-Picture keeps the call running in a floating window if you switch apps, and you can flip the camera or turn on privacy mode anytime. PHONE INTERPRETING (OPI) Audio calls use your iPhone's own call screen, so an interpreting call looks and behaves like a normal phone call. Calls start on speakerphone, so you can set the phone down and talk hands-free. CHAT DURING ANY CALL Send a message to your interpreter mid-call to confirm names, numbers, and spellings without breaking the conversation. IDENTIFY A LANGUAGE WITH ON-DEVICE AI Not sure what language someone is speaking? Record a few seconds of speech and MyMasterWord suggests the most likely languages out of 107, so you can request the right interpreter. Identification runs entirely on your device, so the recording never leaves your iPhone or iPad. REQUEST SCHEDULED SERVICES Book an in-person interpreter, schedule a virtual interpreter for your Zoom, Teams, or other video meeting, submit documents for translation, or request language assessments, all from the Request tab. Each request opens securely inside the app, already signed in to your MasterWord account. FAST, SECURE SIGN-IN Sign in once, then use Face ID to place your next call in a single tap. READY FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION MyMasterWord works on iPhone and iPad, follows your light or dark appearance automatically, and supports managed deployment through your organization's device management (MDM) system. WHO IT'S FOR MyMasterWord is designed for employees of MasterWord's client organizations across healthcare, education, government, courts, and business.
