STORM CMS vs KEANS Alerts

STORM CMS [Crisis Management System] can be utilised in various scenarios and operational environments, from Oil and Gas operations to major global events. Once an Alert is generated (either on STORM or via the App), a notification is immediately sent out to the Crisis Management Team members (via email, SMS and on the App). Once team members access the plan on STORM, they are presented with their own specific actions within the plan. All updates done on the system are stored on a timeline which can be accessed by the team when required. The KEANS Alert app is an emergency alert notification system for airports. Using this app, The Air Traffic Controller (ATC) can issue alerts to the ground staff teams and emergency teams based on the information they receive from the pilots. Whenever the Air Traffic Controller ATC raises an alert, the ground staff teams and emergency teams can see the important details of the flight and emergency/alert along with audio and its transcript on their user-friendly interface. With the help of this app, ground staff and emergency teams are quickly notified in the event of an emergency or alert, enabling them to be ready with all the supplies and tools before the flight lands. This app helps airports by reducing risk in the event of emergencies and/or alerts.
