Lie down and tap Next on your phone 3. When the Sleep button appears on your watch, tap it 4. Focus on the tapping and allow your body to relax Many people find that concentrating on rhythmic touch helps reduce racing thoughts and makes it easier to fall asleep naturally. Adaptive Sleep Mode FFR Sleep uses Adaptive Mode by default. In Adaptive Mode, your Apple Watch monitors how close you are to falling asleep and adjusts the tapping pattern in real time. The session ends automatically once sleep is detected, or after 20 minutes, whichever comes first. Prefer a predictable rhythm? Turn off Adaptive Mode and choose a fixed-duration session with a smooth, slowing tap pattern using the duration slider.
