Stance Timer
Read full descriptionHide full description
Stance Timer is a focused timer for Shaolin standing practice (zhan zhuang / horse stance / standing qigong). Pick a duration, tap Start, put the phone down, and stand. Interval bells keep time while you hold the posture; a deeper bell marks the end. Optional warmup, Live Activity on the Lock Screen, Apple Watch haptics, and Siri (“Start Stance Timer”) using your last settings. Offline. No accounts. No tracking. Progress shows your recent practice with simple timespan chips (7 days to All). Session music (“Moonbowl Drift”) is optional AI-generated audio you own via Suno Pro — turn it off anytime (locked-phone bells then depend on iOS audio rules, disclosed in Settings).
