Choose which steps appear when you create a story, then find past moments with search and tags. Explore feelings and needs Choose several feelings and rate each one's intensity from 1 to 10. Select the needs that matter in that situation. You make the connections; Reflexy gives you a place to record and revisit them. Connect reflection with action Create personal goals called Aims, connect them to needs, and link the activities that support them. Record those activities in your stories. Use the built-in activities or create your own, with categories that make sense to you. Notice patterns over time Insights shows emotional balance and distributions across your feelings, activities, goals, needs, and tags. Explore different periods and look for patterns in what you have recorded. Charts reflect your selections, not an analysis of your writing. Make the journal your own Choose a light, dark, or system theme, select your feeling stickers, customize the story flow, and decide whether photos start expanded or collapsed. Privacy, with clear choices No Reflexy account, no ads, and no advertising tracking. Reflexy does not record behavioral analytics about how you use your journal. Your entries, photos, and backups are not sent to the developer or RevenueCat. Your journal is stored on your device. App lock is on by default; you can skip setup or switch it off. When enabled, use a 6-digit passcode and optionally Face ID or Touch ID on supported devices. Create encrypted .reflexy backups, export them, or choose optional iCloud backups. Automatic iCloud backups are off by default. Backups let you restore a journal; they do not keep devices continuously in sync. A recovery key can sync through iCloud Keychain, and Reflexy provides a recovery code for another device. Apple's device backup settings apply separately. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase metadata to verify and restore access and provide purchase analytics. They do not receive journal content through Reflexy's purchase services.
