With the new development of the Trassen Defender app from Deutsche Telekom, damage to Telekom lines can be reported quickly and easily using selection menus, GPS location and the upload function for photos. Furthermore, the temporary suspension of above-ground cables, for example for tree work, can be reported. You will receive a complete summary of your report by email for your own archiving. A call to the hotline is then no longer necessary. It is therefore best to download the app today and register so that in the event of damage everything goes quickly and the damage and repair time can be kept to a minimum.
