WHAT YOU CAN DO Find any project fast The Projects tab lists every project you have access to, colour-coded and easy to scan. Search by name to jump straight to the one you need. Work a project's task list Open a project to reach its tasks, grouped by status with a live count on each group, so the shape of the work is obvious at a glance. Filter by status, priority, assignee, or date range, and search by task name. Create and edit tasks wherever you are Add a task from inside a project or straight from My Tasks. Open any task and edit every field on it — title, description, status, priority, assignee, dates, milestone — and delete it when plans change. Break work down properly Add subtasks to any task, then add checklist items for the smaller steps inside them.
