About

Loopa

Features

Loopa is an interval timer that lets you build any repeating routine. Use it for workouts and running, or for meditation and Pomodoro-style study and focus sessions — anywhere you repeat timed steps. ■ Build your plan, your way - Arrange blocks like "Warm-up → Main set → Cool-down" - Set a repeat count for each block - Loop the entire plan as many times as you like (e.g. run the whole menu 3 times) ■ By time or by distance - Each step can be set by duration or by distance - Distance steps are measured automatically with GPS — build running menus like "run 400m, walk 200m" - See your distance and pace in real time - Plans that don't use GPS never access your location ■ Follow along without looking at the screen - Voice announcements for step changes and countdowns - Hear what's coming up before each step ends - Keeps running in the background — leave your phone in your pocket - Live Activity support: see your progress on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and pause or resume right there ■ Sound the way you want it - Announce out loud, mark the steps with tones, both, or neither — set per plan - Five tones to pick from (Beep, Music box, Marimba, Chime, Wood block), with a preview in Settings - Pick a separate sound for reaching the end of a plan - Add a tempo (BPM) click to any step when you want a steady rhythm - Play a playlist from your own music library on any block — keep the warm-up quiet and save the music for the main set - Voice and tones stay audible over the music - Pick the announcement voice from the ones on your iPhone, and turn cue volume down in five steps - For songs where the vocals drown it out, the music can pause just while an announcement is spoken ■ Your sessions add up - Every plan you run is recorded automatically on the Stats tab - Sessions and total time for the month, plus which days you showed up - Log meditation to the Health app as Mindful Minutes - Export the history as a CSV file ■ Quick to start, yours to color - Start from a template: HIIT, a distance run, a run/walk interval, meditation, Pomodoro - Line up the plans you use often in a Home Screen widget and open one with a tap - "Start my run in Loopa" — begin a plan with Siri or from the Shortcuts app - Combine a base and an accent to recolor the app — every pairing tuned for light and dark - Card-based layout, with a large, clear display of the current step while you work out - The screen stays awake during a session ■ Privacy first - No account required - Your plans are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud — no one else, including us, can access them - Your location is never sent anywhere - We only write to the Health app, and never read from it - Your music library is read only to list and play your playlists — nothing about your music leaves your device - Anonymous usage data tells us which features get used. No advertising identifier, no tracking across other apps or websites — and you can turn it off in Settings ■ Free and Premium The free tier lets you keep up to 2 active plans. Everything that makes it a timer — blocks, loops, distance steps, voice announcements, tone-only mode, per-block music, the widget, Siri, stats, CSV export — is available. With Premium (subscription): - Create and save unlimited plans - Restore archived plans without limits - Sort plans into categories - Combine any base and accent to build your own colors - Extra tones for the cues (Chime, Wood block) and the Gong finish sound - A tempo (BPM) click per step Choose a monthly plan or a yearly plan with a 1-week free trial. Daily training or deep-focus work sessions — let Loopa count your repeats. ■ Links - Privacy Policy: https://cabana-inc.com/en/app-privacy-policy/ - Terms of Service: https://cabana-inc.com/en/app-term-of-service/
