Alchemy is a Customer Engagement(CX) platform to showcase vendor work to customers. Customers are able to report issues via a chat style interface(with location and image or video). Vendors are able to respond to those queries directly or create a service request or call the customer for clarification of the request. This creates trust between vendors and customers.
