Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: KeyWestVibes at 100% against Tablo's 20%. KeyWestVibes also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.9) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.6). Tablo's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (57 vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KeyWestVibes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Tablo asks for nothing beyond the download.
KeyWestVibes holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.9.
