Our instructors are trained by some of the best in the industry and we love to make you feel challenged and empowered to tackle whatever your up against that day. There is no "cool kid" table at our studio - we encourage everybody and every Body to enter our space and be with us! Enjoy the class and a nice refreshing lemongrass towel. EA (Esteem Active) is a premium movement and recovery studio offering Reformer Pilates, Spin and Hybrid training in a considered, modern space. Each class is intentionally designed to build strength, mobility and conditioning, with an emphasis on control, quality and long-term progression. Our coaches create a supportive environment where members are guided, challenged and encouraged to move well — at every stage. EA (Esteem Active) is evolving into a holistic wellness destination, with recovery offerings including infrared sauna and cold plunge, alongside plans to integrate allied health support.
