Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tinlightenment at 100% against A24's 22%. Tinlightenment also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.6) and in-app purchases (none vs 115). A24's advantage is ratings volume (198 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. A24 sells 114 one-off in-app purchases. Tinlightenment asks for nothing beyond the download.
Tinlightenment holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6.
