This app is designed to help you start exercising. Push-ups, pull-ups, bars, squats - choose an exercise, choose your own level and start training just at home. You can always track your progress with our graphs. Is that not enough? We also have interval training that will help you become even more durable, because life is a big marathon. Didn't like any of the proposed programs? No problem, you can always create your own or edit existing programs. You can use our interval timer for yoga, tabata or whatever you want.

A simple medication tracker. No sign-up, no accounts, no sync β and nothing is ever sent to us. NO EXACT TIMES A dose belongs to a part of the day β morning, daytime or evening β not to a minute on the clock. Someone who takes a tablet with breakfast does not take it at 08:00 sharp, and an app that insists otherwise just builds a wall of misses that never happened. If the time really does matter for one medication, switch on an exact-time reminder for that one. It is optional, and it lives on the medication itself. WHAT IS IN IT β’ Today β every dose, grouped into morning, daytime and evening β’ One tap per dose; the supply counts down by itself, and back up if you undo β’ History by week and by month: what was taken, what was missed, and in which part of day β’ Reminders for morning, daytime and evening β each one separate, with its own time β’ Eleven forms: tablets, capsules, drops, syrup, spray, injections, suppositories, ointment, patches, inhaler, sachets β’ Dose and note as free text β β2000 IU Β· 1 capsuleβ, βafter foodβ β’ Supply left in the right unit: pieces, millilitres, grams or doses β’ Light and dark themes β’ In 30 languages WHEN A COURSE ENDS βI no longer take thisβ removes a medication from Today and keeps its whole intake history. Changed your mind? One tap puts it back. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account. Your data stays on this device β and in its own backup, if that is turned on. The app has no networking code at all: no analytics, no ads, nothing sent to us. You can also export everything to a single JSON file and import it on a new phone. This is a diary, not a medical device. It gives no advice and replaces no doctor.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Easy Piller at none against Athleti's 1. Easy Piller also leads on ads (none vs shown) and device support (3 vs 1). Athleti's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
