IronFyt is a strength and fitness tracking app designed to make you undeniably strong for everyday life. Whether you train in a home gym or at a local box, IronFyt helps you build the kind of fitness that actually matters outside the gym. Real life isn't just one movement or one modality. You have to lift heavy boxes, reach overhead, jump, and maintain balance. IronFyt's daily programming reflects this by blending heavy compound lifts with metabolic conditioning so you are ready for whatever life throws at you. Visualize your progress, stay motivated, and build a habit that lasts a lifetime. Age is just a number. Keep moving, lift more load, and get stronger. EXPERT PROGRAMMING FOR TOTAL FITNESS • The Workout of the Day (WOD): You don't have to guess what workout you'll do when you walk into your garage gym or your box. Every day features a carefully designed workout mixing big compound lifts (Squats, Deadlifts, Cleans, Bench) with bodyweight movements, metabolic conditioning and other dumbbell or barbell movements. If you follow our WOD, you will hit all major muscle groups in a week. Workouts very rarely get repeated. There is always a different combination of movements for the most part. • Infinitely Scalable: Fitness is for every age and ability. Don't have a barbell? Use a dumbbell. Don't have a dumbbell? Use a milk jug. Can't jump? Step up. Modify the movements, but keep moving. Our routines are designed to make you capable and strong in your daily life. Better aesthetics is just a side effect. • Massive Workout Library: Not feeling the daily WOD? Choose your own suffering from a library of 400+ curated workouts, with new workouts added frequently. LIGHTNING-FAST LOGGING • Smart Auto-Fill: Our intuitive UI helps you instantly log your sets so you can focus on lifting, not typing. FLEX YOUR HARD WORK • Instagram Share Cards: Generate beautiful, data-rich graphics of your workout log instantly. Didn't log your sets but still want to share the routine? Instantly post the WOD itself in a personalized share card. • Show Off Your Volume: Let your friends see your total load, total reps, and best sets. Community support is a massive motivator to keep pushing. BUILD YOUR STREAK • Workout Rings: Track the number of workouts finished this week and this month. Close your rings every week to build an unbreakable habit. • Monthly Analytics: Visualize your consistency. A dedicated bar chart shows the total number of workouts done each month to keep you chasing your goals. IRONFYT PREMIUM (Unlock Your Potential) Take your training to the next level with our Premium features: • Unlimited Historical Data: Unlock your complete lifting history. Never forget what you lifted last month or last year. • Advanced Analytics: Visualize your true power. Interactive line charts show the range of load and total volume moved every time you perform a specific lift. • Track PRs: Automatically keep track of your 1RM, 3RM, 5RM, and 10RM. Perform. Measure. Phoenix Rising allows clients to access fitness programs, record workout progress, and track their fitness journey. From the home page, view the messages from your fitness coach, view your daily fitness statistics, and see your daily nutrition overview. On this page, we also work with the Apple Health App to keep track of your steps and calories burned. From there, slide over one tab to the fitness calendar that will act as your daily workout planner. When your coach assigns you a fitness plan, asks you to weigh yourself, track your daily nutrition macros, or requests a progress photo - you’ll find that to-do list right here. Clicking on the workout for the day will take you right to the first exercise of your fitness program. Finally, you’ll spend most of your time in the Train tab. Here, you’ll have a full breakdown of your program week over week. See what days you need to train, the overview of exercises for that day, and then click into the plan to get started. Once you’re in a plan, you can simply swipe left through exercises to move throughout the program. At the bottom of each screen you'll see a workout timer and the ability to record sets, reps, weight, and time. Each exercise comes with a photo & video so you’re never left in the dark when it comes to form on specific exercises. Recording your fitness programs in the program will help let your trainer know exactly how hard you’re working to achieve your fitness goals. Have a great day!
