About

RealPact

Every deal lives in one Pact. RealPact is the transaction workspace for New Hampshire real estate agents — your deals, your deadlines, the property record, and the signatures, in one place you can reach between showings. YOUR WHOLE PIPELINE — Purchases and listings on a single board. Every deal shows its stage, its price, its closing date, and how much of it is done. Search by client name or by property. TODAY — Everything with a date on it, in the order it matters: what needs attention now, what is due this week, and what lands in the next fourteen days. Due diligence periods, escrow deposits, financing dates, closings. CONTRACTS THAT ARRIVE PRE-FILLED — The NHAR and NHREC forms your brokerage already uses, filled in from the deal you have already built — parties, property, price, dates. Work through the sections, then send for signature. SIGNATURES THAT CHASE THEMSELVES — Send a document to buyers, sellers, and the other side, then watch the signer chain complete. Resend, void, or share a link without leaving the app. Everyone else signs in their browser — no account, no download. THE PROPERTY RECORD, ALREADY PULLED — Ownership and deed recording with book and page, last recorded sale, assessed value and the full year's tax detail, beds, baths, square footage, year built — and a parcel map with measured lot lines. Gathered when the pact is created, so it is there before you ask. EVERYONE IN THE DEAL — Buyers, sellers, and the other side, with the contact details you need mid-showing. BUILT FOR NEW HAMPSHIRE — RealPact works from New Hampshire Association of REALTORS and NHREC paperwork, backed by the state's property records. It is not a national app wearing a local coat. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED — RealPact is used by brokerages. You will need an invitation from your Principal Broker to sign in. Brokerages are billed directly — nothing is sold inside the app.
