Caerus Strength allows clients to access fitness programs, record workout progress, and track their fitness journey. From the home page, view the messages from your fitness coach, view your daily fitness statistics, and see your daily nutrition overview. On this page, we also work with the Apple Health Kit to keep track of your steps and calories burned. From there, slide over one tab to the fitness calendar that will act as your daily workout planner. When your coach assigns you a fitness plan, asks you to weigh yourself, track your daily nutrition macros, or requests a progress photo - you’ll find that to-do list right here. Clicking on the workout for the day will take you right to the first exercise of your fitness program. Finally, you’ll spend most of your time in the Train tab. Here, you’ll have a full breakdown of your program week over week. See what days you need to train, the overview of exercises for that day, and then click into the plan to get started. Once you’re in a plan, you can simply swipe left through exercises to move throughout the program. At the bottom of each screen you’ll see a workout timer and the ability to record sets, reps, weight, and time. Each exercise comes with a photo & video so you’re never left in the dark when it comes to form on specific exercises. Recording your fitness programs in the program will help let your trainer know exactly how hard you’re working to achieve your fitness goals. Have a great day!

NOOA is a smart health and fitness companion app designed to work seamlessly with compatible wearable devices, helping you better understand your daily activities and lifestyle habits. The app provides insights into your daily activity, sleep patterns, exercise performance, and other wellness-related metrics. All data is presented through intuitive dashboards and easy-to-read charts, helping you track your progress and stay motivated. Key Features Activity Tracking Track your daily fitness activities, including: Steps Distance traveled Calories burned Active time Daily activity goals Sleep Tracking Review your sleep patterns and gain insights into your nightly rest, including: Sleep duration Deep sleep Light sleep Sleep trends Wellness Metrics When paired with a compatible wearable device, NOOA displays wellness- related readings collected by the device, including heart rate, blood oxygen, heart rate variability, skin temperature trend, stress level and VO2 Max. Body weight is displayed when measured with a compatible smart scale. Blood oxygen, heart rate variability, skin temperature trend, stress level and VO2 Max are recorded automatically by the wearable device in the background. The app displays and charts these readings, and does not offer on-demand measurement of them. Heart rate is also recorded automatically in the background, and can additionally be measured on demand: tapping "Measure" on the heart rate card asks the paired device to take a single reading. Body weight is measured on the paired smart scale. All readings are provided for general wellness and fitness reference. Body Composition When you step on a compatible NOOA smart scale, the app records your weight and charts the trend over time, with weekly, monthly, 90-day and 6-month views. The scale uses bioelectrical impedance to produce estimates of body composition, which NOOA displays alongside your weight: BMI Body fat percentage Muscle mass Body water percentage Metabolic rate Segmental readings for arms, trunk and legs These figures are estimates produced by a consumer-grade scale rather than clinical measurements. Readings from bioelectrical impedance are affected by hydration, recent meals and exercise, so they are most useful for following your own trend over time rather than as absolute values. Apple Health Integration If you use an iPhone, NOOA can write data collected by your connected wearable device to Apple Health, upon your authorization. With your permission, NOOA writes the following to Apple Health: Steps Walking and running distance Active energy burned Heart rate Blood oxygen Sleep stages You can grant this permission from the About tab in the app. You can review or revoke it at any time in the Health app on your iPhone, under Sharing. Any information handled through HealthKit will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
