Just logging your lifts doesn’t always mean you’re improving. Overload uses your previous workouts to set new goals for you based on your training preferences. The overload engine takes in your logged weight and reps across every set, drop set, and superset to calculate a path forward for your progression. It provides on-the-fly feedback to make sure that you’re continuously improving. Set your goal, rep ranges, and weight increments to match how you train, globally, per exercise, or, for specific pieces of equipment. Every target Overload set follows those preferences, right down to the increments your gym actually has. More than just setting your targets, Overload can spot fatigue, stalled lifts, weight jumps, and time away from the gym, and can adjust your plan on the fly. You can log your sets in a single tap. The next set opens on its own, and your rest timer is already counting down on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. The most crucial information is available at a glance, and the Overload Engine sits ready to go if you change your weight mid-exercise, add a drop set, or decide to swap to a superset. Build, modify, and share workouts, or start blank ones from scratch to build from later. With over 1300 exercises to choose from or custom ones you create yourself, you can customize your routine to your liking. Statistics help you keep track of useful information about your lifts, and history allows you to go back and review or edit your past workouts. Everything is computed on your phone and stored in your private iCloud. We don't run servers, so we couldn't read your training data if we wanted to. There's no analytics, no tracking, and no account beyond Sign in with Apple. The whole app works with no signal at all, which matters more than it should in most basement gyms. Your training stays on your phone. We don't run servers, we don't use analytics, and we don't track you. There's nothing for us to sell, and nobody to sell it to. The app works with no signal at all, which matters most in basement gyms or places with poor connection. There's no AI on Overload either. Your targets come from algorithms based on current strength and hypertrophy research, all while running locally on your device.
