MoldTune is a practical setup workspace for injection molding technicians, mold trial teams, and process engineers. Create a production project for each part, then keep product, resin, machine, mold, starting parameters, trial results, defect feedback, and final stable settings in one structured record. Instead of scattering setup notes across photos, chat messages, and paper sheets, MoldTune helps you build a clear process file that can be reviewed, adjusted, and reused. Key features: - Create structured production projects for injection molding setup work - Record product, material, machine, and mold information - Generate starting parameter plans from the available project data - Review parameter ranges, units, risks, and adjustment notes - Capture multiple tuning rounds with parameter snapshots and results - Log defects, observations, and follow-up actions - Compare what changed between rounds - Keep final stable parameters for future reference MoldTune is designed for real production work: start from the project, tune step by step, keep the adjustment record visible, and leave behind a setup record your team can review.
