Memory, also known as Concentration, is the classic card game that trains your memory. Great for kids from 4 to 99. All cards are dealt face down. Tap two cards to turn them face up. If they match (same rank and suit), they leave the table. If they don't, they turn back over and you get one "Oops". Clear the table with as few Oops as you can. - Six sizes, from 12 cards for beginners to the full deck of 52 - Letter cards for young children who don't know playing cards yet - Card Design: choose the card faces, the backs and the table color - The Scoreboard keeps your best score for each size - "Show all cards on start" for a gentler beginning - How To Play guide built in Made for families No ads and no accounts. Settings, the Tip Jar and links out of the game sit behind a simple question only grown-ups can answer, so kids can play on their own. Parents can turn that off in Settings. Memory is free. If you enjoy it, you can support future ad-free games with a tip.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is update cadence: Memory Match at every 10 days against Memory's every 13 months. Memory Match also leads on ratings volume (35 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Memory's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Memory Match sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Memory sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
