Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: OneKeePass at none against KeePass's 4. OneKeePass also leads on review sentiment (33% vs 15%). KeePass's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (57 vs 13). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KeePass sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 3 months. OneKeePass asks for nothing beyond the download.
KeePass holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 57 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of OneKeePass's written reviews are positive against 15% of KeePass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
OneKeePass ships an update every 2 months, KeePass every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
