Develop functional and balanced strength, mobility, and flexibility with Fuse Pilates®! We spotlight the mind-body connection magic of Pilates while helping all students reach their goals. Fuse Pilates® started in 2005 and quickly became one of Washington, DC’s favorite fitness offerings because our contemporary classes combine the best elements of classical Pilates, barre, and yoga. We keep the energy high and the workouts creative! At Fuse, you’ll never get bored or plateau as every class begins with the question “What do you want to work on today?” This ensures that each session is different from the last because our classes are driven by your request. Regardless of the focus, we’ll still work all 360 degrees of you, front to back, top to bottom. We're proud to offer classes in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Tower, Jump board, and everything in-between! Although the Fuse method of classes are intense, they're still approachable for beginners. Remember, there are no grades or judgment; all we ask is that you work for your best and strongest body and mind. Come join us for a workout and have fun, work hard, and see results!

Your iPhone is already counting your steps. Lockstep puts the number on a leaderboard and lets someone beat you. HOW IT WORKS - Sign in with Apple, pick a username, and skip any setup you like. - Start a competition and send the link. Whoever opens it is one tap from joining, and joining is always free. - Steps sync in the background, and the leaderboard updates itself, with how many steps a day would close the gap. - Leave a note on your row for 24 hours. Share the result, or your own streak or best day, as a picture. FIVE WAYS TO RUN A COMPETITION - Weekly — Monday to Sunday. Most steps win. - Monthly — a calendar month. Most steps win. - Custom range — any two dates. Up to 14 days free; longer with Premium. - Head-to-head — two people, shown as a duel. Up to 14 days free; longer with Premium. - Race to target — first to a step target wins. With Premium. FAMILY Kids with a pedometer can compete without a phone or an account. Type in their steps each evening and bring them into any competition you're in. Up to three other adults can help keep them. They never sign in and can't be searched for - just a name, an emoji, or Memoji, and a place on the leaderboard. Needs the Family Members Add-on. PREMIUM Free: track your steps, join any competition, and run weekly, monthly, and up to 14-day ones, three of your own at a time. For organizers who want more: - Premium, bought once: races, competitions longer than 14 days, and more than three running. - Family Members Add-on, bought once, with Premium: up to 10 family members. - Themes Add-on, bought once: five backgrounds. Follow Time of Day stays free. - All Access, monthly or yearly: Premium and every Add-on, including ones still to come. Yearly starts with a free week. Shared with your Family Sharing group. Everyone who used Lockstep before 2.0 is a Founder and keeps Premium and Themes free. CROWNS AND MEDALS Every 5,000 steps is a Crown, and they never reset. Finish in the top three of a competition of a week or more for a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Medal. YOUR STREAK Every day you reach your goal adds to your streak, and a 4 pm reminder says how many steps are left when it's on the line. IT READS ONE THING Lockstep reads your daily step total from Apple Health, and nothing else - no routes, locations, workouts, or heart rate - and never writes to Health. The number matches the Health app because it is the same number. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - No ads, no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing was sold to anybody. - No public profiles and no feed. Your steps are seen by your friends and the people in your competitions, nobody else. - Purchases go through Apple; Lockstep never sees how you paid. WHEN A DAY IS WRONG Type it in by hand. Manual entries are marked, so everyone can see which is which. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT Profile → Delete account deletes your steps, notes, and photo; finished competitions keep their results under "former member". It does not cancel All Access - do that in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Lockstep Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
