Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Potensic Eve at 3.7 against HFun Pilot's 2.7. Potensic Eve also leads on ratings volume (76 vs 3). HFun Pilot's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 41%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Potensic Eve holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Potensic Eve has 76 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of HFun Pilot's written reviews are positive against 41% of Potensic Eve's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
