autoLOTO is dedicated to making worker more efficient, while providing the safest possible working environment. autoLOTO is an Electrical Safety mobile application. The mobile application works in conjunction with a web-based interface/database that is custom built to duplicate a client’s electrical engineering drawings. The data input from these drawings is used for the correct execution of Lockout/Tag Out (LOTO) operations by computing Isolation points, and Live-Dead-Live points for equipment in the autoLOTO electrical data set. autoLOTO leverages this mobile application to provide a linear LOTO process, with a series of confirming phase gates, to ensure procedural compliance with existing LOTO standards and regulations. It tracks User interactions with the electrical data set of all equipment and stores all tracked data for future retrieval in an encrypted cloud-based server. The Worksite Manager Interface allows remote visibility and activity notifications for approved Users from a laptop or computer. It also allows for User onboarding, User management, and upkeep of the electrical data base. autoLOTO requires a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection to operate and a relatively modern mobile device (Smart phone, or Tablet with up-to date OS) to successfully use the mobile application. autoLOTO can use physical barcodes installed on the client’s electrical infrastructure, or in a barcode-less environment if your site does not have the time or need to install physical barcodes, or a mixture of barcoded and not barcoded equipment to function in the field.
