Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Passport Memory at 5.0 against CMLink eSIM's 2.8. Passport Memory also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). CMLink eSIM's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
