About

ActiPlan

ActiPlan helps parents keep kids' classes, activities, schedules, and monthly costs in one simple place. Add children, create activities, and plan one-time or weekly classes with date, time, duration, reminder, and cost. ActiPlan turns them into a clear daily schedule, shows upcoming classes in a widget, and helps you understand monthly activity spending. Use ActiPlan to: • see what is planned today; • keep sports, music, dance, tutoring, and other activities together; • add recurring weekly classes in advance; • mark classes as attended, canceled, or missed; • review monthly activity costs; • find classes with missing prices and fill them in later; • manage schedules for more than one child locally on your device. ActiPlan is a personal parent planner, not a school portal, activity marketplace, or child center management system. You do not need a coach, teacher, or organization to join before the schedule becomes useful. Your data is stored locally on your device. The current version does not include a required account, server sync, family sharing, online class booking, or system calendar integration.
