My mission is to deliver a workout training log app that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy, all that for free. I will never change the free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other workout trackers do). What stands Strive apart: - Create unlimited workout routines, most trackers paywall this - Crate workout plans, assign workouts to days or in an order - Share your workouts with your friends or followers - train together without paying - Set weight or reps for the next workount and ensure progressive overload, go get those gains - RIR/RPE tracking with effective reps metric - Sync cardio and bodyweight with Health so you don't have to input the data manually - Mark workouts as deloads to better understand and analyze the data - Advanced charts without paywall, analyze routine, bodypart or exercise progress - Fully offline - I know some gyms have poor reception - Rest timer personalizeable per exercise - Personalizable dashboard - Choose from many widgets in various sizes to compose your dashboard, just like your phone's homescreen. Have all the data visible at a glance! - Placeholder exercise, select exercise category and bodypart or a group of exercises and then select the actual exercise when working out, based on the feelings or what's free at the gym - Custom keyboard to input workout data frictionlessly, allows to copy value from previous set, set value to all sets, and increment and decrement value - Wrapped, see your year in review at the end of the year - Themes & theme creator - Privacy first - no data tracking - No ads Rest of the features that you would expect: - Measurements and weight ins - Notes - Backup - never loos your data - Prs - Use all the set types, warmup, dropset, myo reps etc - Workout finish reminder - never again open an app to see that you have not saved the previous training - Dark mode - Exercise database I hope my app will help you achieve your goals, in general, just progress and get better. I promise to develop this app until it is your favorite gym log and workout tracker app. Remember, we all are gonna make it! Your gym bro, Artur. _________________________________________ Terms of Use: https://strive-workout.com/terms-conditions/ Privacy Policy: https://strive-workout.com/privacy-policy/

A workout app that is ACTUALLY free. Build your split, log every set, and watch progress compound without the spreadsheet chaos. Maxlyft is a strength training app for lifters who want clear structure and honest numbers. YOUR SPLIT, YOUR WAY Create a rotating or weekly split with named days, rest days, and optional colors. Attach a routine to a training day, or start an empty workout when the plan changes. Your active split keeps today’s training ready to go — open the app and lift. LOG WITHOUT FRICTION Start today’s planned workout, resume mid-session after closing the app, or log freely. Sets are completed as you log them, and your last-session numbers appear as helpful references. A live timer, set count, and volume stay on screen while you train. Log barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight, assisted, duration, and distance work — including per-side weight. PRS THAT ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING Maxlyft highlights new records automatically and lets you track custom lifetime marks — best at a chosen weight, rep target, time, or distance. Finished workouts show a crown when you hit a PR. INSIGHTS, NOT NOISE See volume, sets, training time, and muscle-group distribution across 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or all time. Filter by muscle or split day. Open any exercise for lifetime totals, records, and charts tailored to how you track it. BUILT AROUND YOUR LIBRARY No giant canned catalog to fight. Name your own exercises, tag muscles, save routines, and reuse them. Rename a lift and your history stays with it. TRAIN OFFLINE. KEEP YOUR DATA SYNCED. Logging is local-first, so a dead gym signal doesn’t stop the session. Sign in with Apple or Google to sync and restore your data across devices. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Check today’s session or your last 7 days of volume without opening the app. HOW TO GET STARTED - Choose your units and build your first split — rotating or weekly. - Add the lifts you actually do. - Start today’s workout from Train and log your sets. - Check Insights after a few sessions to see the trend.
