Birkenbihl entwickelt und findet sich heute in unzähligen Kontexten wieder, wo es darum geht das eigene Gedächtnis anzuzapfen und über Assoziationen neue und kreative Ideen zu generieren. Du kannst ABC-Listen z.B. nutzen um: * Ideen für einen Artikel, einen Vortrag oder ein Buch zu sammeln * Lösungen zu einem Problem zu finden * Kreative Antworten für eine Fragestellung bringen * Geschenkideen für Deinen besten Freund sammeln Anwendung: Schritt 1: Gib ein Thema ein, zu dem Du Ideen sammeln möchtest. Schritt 2: Gib Dir einen Zeitrahmen von 2-10 Minuten. (Psst… Du kannst nach Ablauf des Timers noch weitermachen) Schritt 3: Mit „Start“ gehts los Schritt 4: Tippe Deine Assoziationen zu dem Thema ein und bestätige jedes Wort oder jede Phrase mit Enter. Beachte dabei die Tipps unten. Schritt 5: Wenn Du fertig bist, tippe auf „Fertig“ Schritt 6: Tippe auf Dein Thema in der Auflistung der ABC-Listen und Dein Ergebnis wird in die Zwischenablage kopiert. Du kannst es dann in einer beliebigen App einfügen (z.B.: Mail, Notizen, …)\ Tipps: Tipp 1: Du musst die Buchstaben nicht der Reihe nach durchgehen. Auch durcheinander ist erlaubt. Tipp 2: Lass Deinen Blick immer wieder über die Liste schweifen. Dann hast Du möglicherweise neue Assoziationen. Tipp 3: Buchstaben dürfen leer bleiben - oder auch mehrfach befüllt werden.
