About

RepSense

Features

RepSense is a strength training log that pays attention to how you lift, not just what you lift. Wear Apple Watch and it counts your reps and times every one. Leave it at home and logging a set on iPhone still takes one tap. EVERY REP, TIMED With Apple Watch, RepSense counts your reps as you lift and measures the tempo of each one, how long you take on the way up and the way down. After the set you see how consistent you were, so you know whether you kept control or rushed the last few reps. LOG EVERY SET IN ONE TAP No Watch? No problem. On iPhone, weights and reps carry over from last time, so logging a set is a single tap. RepSense suggests what to try next based on the sets you've logged, and you can take the suggestion or ignore it. REST, THEN GO AGAIN The rest timer starts itself when you log a set, with your last set and what's next beside it. Logged the wrong thing? Undo is there for the whole rest. WORKOUTS THAT FIT HOW YOU TRAIN • Start from Push, Pull, Legs, Upper Body, Lower Body or Full Body, or build your own. • Open any workout to see its exercises with last time's numbers, then start or edit it. • Reorder, add or remove exercises in one place, before or during a session. • Changed something mid-workout? At the end, RepSense asks whether to keep it in your saved workout. • Turn on auto-rotate and RepSense picks your next workout from your split. KNOW HOW EVERY SESSION WENT Each workout ends with a clear summary: how it compared with last time, every new personal record, and the tempo of every set. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Your week, your training volume and your records at a glance, with every past session one tap away. TRAIN WHAT'S READY The Recovery map shows which muscles are fresh and which still need rest, front and back, so you can choose a workout your body is ready for. MADE FOR IPHONE DUO Unfold iPhone Duo to see your current set and the whole session side by side, or turn it sideways for every exercise in view. Folded shut, the outer display still fits the whole set card. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN A Live Activity keeps your workout and rest timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and it clears away the moment you finish. APPLE HEALTH RepSense saves each strength workout you do to Apple Health, so it counts toward your activity. It doesn't read your Health data. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no sign-up. Your workouts stay on your devices and in Apple Health. Nothing is used for tracking.
